To keep our entire focus on pure musical and mechanical growth rather than administrative collections, all monthly tuition must be cleared during the first week of the month. Because our live 1-on-1 timeslots are highly limited and waitlisted, prompt clearing locks in your designated reserved hours. Late clearance may result in the slot being passed to other aspiring students.
True skill expansion requires absolute regularity. Your weekly mentorship sessions will be permanently locked into a specific designated day and timeslot.
The 24-Hour Reschedule Protection: If you must reschedule, you must inform your tutor at least 24 hours in advance. Short-notice absences or no-shows forfeit the session.
Monthly Limits: We accommodate a maximum of two (2) reschedules per calendar month to protect steady curriculum momentum.
Our academy mentors hold themselves to the exact same uncompromising standards expected of our students. If an instructor must miss a scheduled session from their end, that session is fully protected and will be compensated with an alternate makeup session at our earliest mutual convenience.
If you ever need to pause or discontinue your mentorship due to school terms, vacation, or workload changes, we require a standard one-month notice. This professional courtesy allows us to finalize your current syllabus and smoothly open the timeslot for scholars waiting on the enrollment queue.
